About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Brand Marketing Manager to join RAD COSMETIC GROUP Co., Ltd. in Sathorn, Bangkok. This full-time role will be responsible for leading brand strategy, campaign execution, and digital commerce performance across all major online platforms. You will work closely with the Founder, Product Development, and Operations teams to drive real business growth, not just brand awareness.


What you'll be doing
  • Define brand positioning, customer persona, and tone of voice to ensure consistency across all channels.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns and new product launches.
  • Design customer journeys from awareness to purchase and loyalty.
  • Brief content, artwork, video, and live commerce direction clearly and effectively.
  • Manage and grow key digital sales channels including TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, Facebook, LINE OA, and upcoming website.
  • Analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to generate insights for Product Development & R&D.
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities such as pop-up events, offline stores, partnerships, and collaborations.
  • Lead live commerce, events, and promotional activities to ensure quality execution and commercial results.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure all projects are delivered on time with clear action plans.

What we're looking for
  • 3–5 years of experience in Brand, Marketing, Digital, or E-commerce roles (beauty industry preferred).
  • Strong understanding of TikTok-driven and marketplace-based sales.
  • Strategic mindset with strong execution capability.
  • Data-driven with the ability to translate insights into business actions.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Owner mindset with passion for building and growing a beauty brand.
