PRIMA REALTY has established itself as a boutique real estate agency headquartered in Bangkok specializing in luxury residential segment. We offer to both our developer and individual clients bespoke services tailored to their unique requirements.
We have immediate vacancies for Property Sales Consultants who will be stationed at sales galleries in new luxury developments in Bangkok.
Job Description
- New Luxury Condominium/Housing Project sales
- To greet, present, and negotiate with clients and close deals to achieve sales targets
- To prepare reports, reservation forms and other sales related documents
- To provide feedback on clients' comments and competitors' promotions to the marketing team
- Occasionally work outside office hours, in the evenings or on weekends if required.
Qualifications
- Candidates must be able to communicate in Thai and English effectively (Chinese speakers will be an advantage)
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Previous experience as a real estate broker or working for a developer is required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a track record of achieving high-end residential property sales
- Excellent personal presentation and customer service skills with a positive attitude
- Able to stationed in sales gallery located in Bangna and Krungthep Kreeta area
Remarks
- A basic salary of THB25, ,000 per month, negotiable depending on qualifications and experience, travel allowance, group health insurance and an annual performance bonus
- A generous commission structure increasing potential earnings to THB100,000++ per month
- This is a full-time position with 8 days annual holiday in additional to paid public holidays
- Full training, good working environment and excellent prospects for the successful candidate
