Position: Pitcher - Bangkok Exclusive Projects

Location: Bangkok

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to leads from the company's database and provide a clear introduction of our services.
• Pitch key value propositions to create interest and secure appointments for Sales Consultants.
• Maintain and update call information, customer status, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with Sales Consultants to ensure appointment quality.
• Achieve monthly KPIs, including 100+ qualified customer appointments.
• Follow communication scripts, guidelines, and best practices to ensure a professional customer experience.
• Provide feedback on lead quality and share insights to improve conversion.

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
• Experience in real estate or telesales is strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.
• Strong ability to handle objections with professionalism.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
• Thai nationality.

• 5 days per week, flexible to work weekends when client appointments are booked.
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
• Base: FazWaz Head Office, Asoke, with site visits as required.
