Job Description
  • Plan, develop, manage, and oversee talent acquisition and recruitment processes - Manage end-to-end recruitment activities and candidate experience, including coordination of interview scheduling, offer negotiation, background checks and onboarding.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in Thai business. Partner with hiring managers, Leadership & Talent management HK, to build effective assessment, and an ability to manage internal customer expectations through a deep understanding of talent pool.
  • Conduct in-depth search, interview potential candidates within the framework of JD.
  • Prepare an ideal candidate pipeline within an appropriate and consistent timeline. Maintain high interview-to-offer ratios.
  • Involve in participating & implementing key critical TA projects in Thailand - Take lead in developing and maintaining key relationship and partnership with local universities, arrange campus recruitment fairs and career workshops to bring in talents for executive & summer internship program.
  • Handle general HR and administrative tasks such as employment contracts, reports, and presentations.
  • Cooperate with employees to create a constructive mindset for training and development programs.
  • Provide support and assistance to other team members as needed.
Qualification
  • Bachelor's Degree in HR or other related business
  • At least 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment roles.
  • Experience in PC, Sales, Operation hiring is a big plus.
  • Fluency in English language
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook & PowerPoint is a must
