Summary Job Scope:
The Product Owner oversees product execution, conducts research, analyzes market trends, and collaborates with teams to drive innovation. Requires technical skills, problem-solving, and experience in CRM.
Job Roles:
- Have end-to-end responsibility of constantly ensuring that the functions of these products (POS, CRM,etc.) are properly and effectively being executed.
- Conduct customer research where required to gain understanding of customers' needs as well as understanding on market landscape and competition.
- Evaluates and analyses the product (UI/ UX, Functionalities) along with the market and benchmarking the products with competitors in the CRM industry.
- Plans short-term and long-term roadmap, oversees innovation and improvement of business products
- Works closely with IT, Designer, Sales, Marketing, and other Teams to deliver the business's product into the market.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or related fields.
- At least 3 years' experience in the Product Owner field.
- Strong problem solving skills with an emphasis on product development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams.
- A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques.
- Coding knowledge and experience with several languages: C, C#, JavaScript, etc.
- Over 2 years of experience in CRM industry is a plus
- Experienced in System Analyst (SA) is a plus
