Work you will do

  • Design proposals based on client briefs and business challenges
  • Design and develop learning programs and courses for organizations seeking to drive real change and transformation
  • Ensure programs and courses deliver measurable impact aligned with learning objectives

If you are someone with:

  • Experience in Learning & Development (L&D), Organization Development (OD), Change Management, or Digital Transformation with proven real-world implementation in large organizations
  • Strong passion for continuous self-development and learning in soft skills, business, and digital domains
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and integrative thinking skills
