About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Sales Assistant / Junior Telesales Executive to support our business development efforts across Thailand, Singapore, and Kuala Lumpur. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to grow into a full-fledged sales career. You will work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), handling telesales, client follow-ups, and administrative support for business partner processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing business partners in Thailand, Singapore, and Kuala Lumpur.
  • Assist with the follow-up process, including maintaining communication with partners and updating records.
  • Support the CCO with administrative tasks, such as preparing contracts, proposals, and other paperwork.
  • Help track and report on sales activities and progress.
  • Collaborate on identifying new business opportunities and assisting in sales campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or related roles is a plus but not required.
  • Strong communication skills in Thai and English, both spoken and written. Additional languages (Chinese Mandarin) are a plus.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Motivated to build a career in sales and business development.
  • Comfortable with using phone, email, and CRM systems for outreach and follow-up.
