Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing security, safety, and traffic management operations within BITEC premises during the night shift. Ensure that all security and safety standards are properly implemented, and provide operational support for tenants, visitors, and event organizers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Security Management
- Develop manpower plans for both in-house and outsourced security teams according to operational needs.
- Prepare and implement security operation plans aligned with all business units and scheduled events.
- Supervise and ensure that all security personnel perform their duties according to company standards.
- Ensure that contractors, exhibitors, and organizers comply with BITEC's rules and regulations.
- Facilitate convenience and safety for tenants, visitors, clients, and guests.
2. Safety Management
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and annual safety inspection plans.
- Develop and conduct emergency plans and drills to ensure readiness for potential incidents.
- Monitor contractor compliance with safety regulations.
- Inspect and test all safety equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
3. Traffic Management
- Plan manpower allocation for both in-house and outsourced staff for effective traffic operations.
- Develop traffic operation plans that correspond with event activities.
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth traffic flow.
- Maintain and update traffic signage to ensure they are always in good condition.
4. Budgeting and Procurement
- Prepare annual budget plans for the department.
- Control and approve departmental expenses within the approved budget.
- Verify payments such as security wages, medical fees, and other operational costs.
5. General Administration
- Update and improve SOPs and KPIs to align with current situations.
- Handle complaints and coordinate with other departments to resolve issues.
- Coordinate with government authorities such as police stations, district offices, fire departments, transport offices, and hospitals.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, Law, or related fields.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in building management, security, and safety operations.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and people management skills.
- Computer literate (MS Office).
- Completed advanced-level safety and/or security management training.
- Good command of English (both spoken and written).
