About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Building Manager to oversee the operations, safety, and service excellence of Culture Thonglor. This leadership role is ideal for a hospitality professional with a strong background in property management and a passion for creating exceptional living experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent the Property Manager in accordance with regulations approved by the Co-owners or Executive Committee.
  • Oversee the maintenance, procurement, and safety of the property, ensuring compliance with legal and operational standards.
  • Manage building operations, documentation (electronic and physical), and liaise with relevant government agencies.
  • Supervise contractors, suppliers, and on-site staff, ensuring adherence to service contracts and performance expectations.
  • Prepare monthly operational reports and contribute to annual financial statements and co-owner meetings.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and other departments to ensure timely and accurate information flow.
  • Act as the Property Manager's delegate in legal matters, claims, and disputes, safeguarding the interests of co-owners.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in building or property management, preferably within the hospitality sector.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Service-oriented mindset with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Familiarity with hospitality operations and guest-centric environments.

Note: This role is open to candidates who are legally authorized to work in Thailand.
