Responsibilities

Warmly welcome and assist Airport Premium Service passengers upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and personalized experience.

Handle passenger luggage with care and provide assistance through check-in, security, and boarding processes.

Guide passengers to designated areas within the terminal, offering clear directions and proactive guidance.

Provide accurate and timely information about airport facilities, services, lounges, and flight procedures.

Anticipate and respond to individual passenger needs with discretion, empathy, and a service-minded attitude.

Coordinate with internal departments and stakeholders to fulfill passenger requests or handle special requirements (e.g., VIPs, elderly, families).

Maintain a professional image at all times, upholding high standards of service quality, confidentiality, and courtesy.

8. TOEIC 500 Up

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field is preferred.

Age 23-35 years.

Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or hospitality-related roles.

Friendly, confident personality with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Proficient in English, with a TOEIC score of 500+ (expired scores are acceptable for application).
