Job Descripti
on:


• Inspect and maintain various systems within the store, such as electrical, lighting, air conditioning, plumbing, and sanitary systems, to ensure they are always in proper working condition.


• Ensure the timely repair of damaged equipment, tools, furniture, or other store assets to uphold a safe and efficient environment. Where significant damage occurs, the appropriate supplier must be contacted for necessary repairs


• Plan and carry out preventive maintenance to reduce the risk of damage or breakdowns.


• Inspect safety features within the store, such as wiring, walkways, and fire extinguishing equipment, in accordance with the mall's safety regulations.


• Coordinate with the mall's engineering department or external contractors for repairs or maintenance beyond in-house capabilities.


• Maintain organized records of all maintenance and repair activities.


• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:


• Vocational Certificate (High Vocational Diploma) or higher in Electrical, Mechanical, Maintenance Engineering, or a related field.


• At least 2 years of experience in maintenance work or facility systems within retail stores or buildings.


• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.


• Detail-oriented, responsible, and a strong team player.


• Willing to work on holidays and travel to various company branches as required.


• Good Command in English.
