. Their projects span across technology, lifestyle, and enterprise sectors, and they are recognised for consistently producing world-class creative output.

We are hiring
 several Account Directors
 to lead some of the agency's key accounts. These roles sit at the intersection of client partnership, creative excellence, and team leadership. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, shape creative direction, and ensure each workstream is delivered to the highest standard. This opportunity is ideal for individuals coming from top creative, branding, or design agency environments who excel in managing complex, high-value accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day account management from briefing through final delivery, ensuring timelines and creative standards are met
• Serve as the primary client partner, handling communication, alignment, and overall relationship management
• Translate strategic or evolving client needs into clear, actionable direction for creative and production teams
• Review creative deliverables to ensure alignment with brand guidelines, objectives, and performance expectations
• Mentor and support designers, producers, and account staff to maintain a high-performance culture
• Build and manage delivery timelines, workflows, capacity planning, and resource allocation
• Monitor budgets and scopes, identifying opportunities to strengthen or grow each client partnership
• Collaborate effectively with cross-regional teams across different time zones
• Remove operational blockers and keep internal and client-side stakeholders aligned

Must-Haves

• Minimum 5 years of experience in account or project management within a top-tier creative, brand, or design agency
• Strong experience leading end-to-end design or creative delivery
• Proven ability to manage large or global accounts in sectors like tech, lifestyle, or enterprise
• Excellent communication, presentation, and narrative-building skills
• Ability to translate complex briefs into clear direction for creative teams
• High attention to detail and strong commitment to delivering best-in-class creative work
• Experience guiding creative workflows involving modern AI tools
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Art, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
• Excellent English, written and spoken
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, Float, and AI tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT, and Midjourney
