Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor yield and performance of head products during manufacturing.
• Perform verification, characterization, and head failure analysis to identify root causes of deviations.
• Provide wafer feedback and communicate with wafer fabrication teams regarding incoming wafer-related issues.
• Analyze process Key Process Input Variables (KPIV) to proactively forecast yield and performance.
• Prepare technical reports and present findings to internal and cross-functional teams.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reliability.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Materials Science, Physics, Mathematics or related field.
• 2- 5 years of experience in product engineering or related industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of head technology, wafer processes, and failure analysis techniques.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) for effective communication.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

SKILLS:

• Basic statistics skills for data analysis and interpretation.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (Excel, JMP, Python, or similar).
• Good English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Strong presentation and reporting abilities.
