CI Engineer

Scope of work

Continuous Improvement Support:

• Support continuous improvement (CI) projects under guidance of senior engineers or CI leaders
• Collect, analyze and summarize production and operational data (e.g. OEE, downtime, productivity)
• Assist in root cause analysis using basic problem-solving tools (5 Why, Pareto, Fishbone)
• Track improvement actions and report project progress and results

Manufacturing & Process Learning:

• Support improvement activities on production lines, maintenance, and utility processes
• Participate and support in kaizen events, workshops, and shop-floor improvement activities
• Assist in identifying waste and improvement opportunities in daily operations

Collaboration & Development:

• Work closely with Production, Maintenance, Quality, Planning, and Engineering teams
• Participate and support in CI training and on-the-job learning activities
• Demonstrate continuous learning mindset and openness to feedback
• Support change implementation on the shop floor

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, or related field)
• New graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience Internship, trainee, or early-career experience in manufacturing or process improvement is an advantage
