Key Responsibilities

1. งานวางแผนอัตรากำลงและสรรหาว่าจ้าง (Manpower Planning & Recruiting)

  • ปรับปรุงโครงสร้างองค์กรให้เหมาะสมกับกลยุทธ์ธุรกิจ จัดทำผังองค์กร (Organization Chart) และกำหนดบทบาทหน้าที่ (JD)
  • สนับสนุนการปรับโครงสร้างองค์กร (Re-organization / New BU) ให้คำปรึกษาผู้บริหารด้านการออกแบบองค์กรและกำลังคน
  • วางแผนกลยุทธ์กำลังคน (Manpower Planning) ร่วมกับผู้บริหารและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  • บริหารกระบวนการสรรหา ตั้งแต่การรับใบขออัตรากำลัง การคัดเลือก สัมภาษณ์ จนถึงการเสนอจ้าง (Offer)
  • กำหนดและติดตาม KPI ด้านการสรรหา เช่น Time to Fill, Quality of Hire
  • ดูแลทีมสรรหา (TA / Recruiter) ให้ทำงานสอดคล้องกับแผนองค์กร

2. งานฝึกอบรมและพัฒนาบุคลากร (Training & Development)

  • เป็นวิทยากรฝึกอบรม วิเคราะห์ความต้องการฝึกอบรม ตามกลยุทธ์องค์กร ออกแบบและบริหารแผนฝึกอบรมประจำปี
  • พัฒนาโครงการพัฒนาศักยภาพพนักงาน เช่น Leadership Program, Talent Development
  • ส่งเสริมวัฒนธรรมการเรียนรู้ (Learning Culture) และการพัฒนา Digital / AI Skill

3. งานระบบประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงาน (Performance Management System)

  • ควบคุม กำกับ และพัฒนาระบบประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงาน (KPIs,OKRs, 9 Grid)
  • เชื่อมโยงผลการประเมิน กับ การพัฒนาบุคลากร
  • ให้คำปรึกษาผู้จัดการสายงานในการตั้งเป้าหมายและประเมินผลงานลูกทีม

4. งานอื่น ๆ ด้าน HR เชิงกลยุทธ์

  • สนับสนุนการสร้างวัฒนธรรมองค์กรและ Employee Experience
  • จัดทำรายงานและ Dashboard ด้าน HR เพื่อผู้บริหาร
  • เป็น HR Business Partner ให้กับผู้จัดการสายงาน

3. คุณสมบัติผู้ดำรงตำแหน่ง (Qualifications)

ด้านการศึกษา

  • ปริญญาตรี ปริญญาโท สาขา HROD /MBA จิตวิทยา หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

ด้านประสบการณ์

  • ประสบการณ์งาน HR อย่างน้อย 10 ปี
  • มีประสบการณ์ระดับบังคับบัญชา 3 - 5 ปี
  • มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Recruitment Trainer และ Performance Management
