Job Summary

To act as a strategic partner and manage the strategic guidance and people related to line functions based on inputs/ data obtained from line managers to ensure the effectiveness of HCOE policy, practices, and initiatives deployment and implementation

Job Description:

1.) Perform HRBP role to oversee and ensure the smooth day to day operation and excellence HR execution on HR cores of workforce planning, people cost, recruitment, capability building, talent mamangement, succession planning and organization effectiveness

2.) Understand concerns and situations in business functions and provide advice to business leaders and employees as well as coordinate with relevant functions for the solutions to address issues

3.)  Ensure compliance with the regulatory (employment Law, immigration etc.) and internal governance requirements including tracking regulatory changes, driving internal policy / process changes and achieving satisfactory internal/external audit outcomes

4.) Coordinate or advise technical and logistical support for administrative personnel ensuring business operate smoothly

5.) Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions

6.) Play a  leading  role  in  culture, behavior development and  employee engagement. Partner and hands-on support with business functions

7.) Manage Expat arrangement
