Key Responsibilities
1. Corporate Strategy & Strategic Planning
  • Lead the development of corporate strategy, long-term business plans, and annual strategic roadmaps
  • Analyze internal capabilities and external trends (market, competition, technology, regulation) to define strategic priorities
  • Translate corporate strategy into actionable initiatives with clear KPIs and milestones
  • Present strategic insights and recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors
2. Strategic Initiatives & Execution Governance
  • Drive and monitor execution of key strategic initiatives across business units
  • Establish governance frameworks to track progress, performance, and strategic impact
  • Identify gaps between strategy and execution and recommend corrective actions
3. Portfolio & Business Performance Analysis
  • Evaluate business portfolio performance and capital allocation efficiency
  • Support decisions on business expansion, restructuring, or divestment
  • Develop scenario analysis and strategic options to support executive decision-making
4. Business Development & Growth Enablement
  • Identify inorganic and organic growth opportunities aligned with corporate strategy
  • Support feasibility studies, business cases, and investment proposals
  • Collaborate with business units on new market entry, product expansion, and strategic partnerships
5. Strategic Risk & Enterprise Alignment
  • Identify and assess strategic risks impacting short-, mid-, and long-term objectives
  • Develop strategic risk mitigation and contingency plans
  • Ensure alignment between strategy, risk management, and sustainability objectives
6. Leadership & Stakeholder Management
  • Lead and develop the corporate strategy team, including capability building and succession planning
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and senior leadership team
  • Engage with key internal and external stakeholders to align strategic direction
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields
  • Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
  • Minimum 10–15 years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, business planning, or investment-related roles
  • Experience working closely with C-level executives and Board-level stakeholders
  • Background in consulting firms, large corporates, or diversified business groups is an advantage
