Job description:

  • Design on-ground activities, event themes, and run-downs.
  • Work collaboratively with F&B, Sports, Floral, and Banquet teams.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, MCs, and brand partners.
  • Oversee event set-up and ensure quality execution.
  • Prepare event timelines, checklists, and operational plans.
  • Summarize event performance reports (Cost, Attendance, Feedback)
  • Manage CRM and collect customer data from events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business, or any related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in Event Management, Activation, Brand Marketing, or Hospitality events
  • Experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders (internal teams, vendors, partners)
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) — design tools is a plus (Canva/Adobe)
