We are looking for an Industrial Engineer (Project Coordinator)

  1. Administrative Support

  2. Handle daily administrative tasks such as document control, report preparation, meeting scheduling, and minutes taking.

  3. Manage internal and external correspondence, filing systems, and record maintenance.
  4. Assist department managers with internal approval processes and report submissions.

  5. Project and Task Coordination

  6. Support departmental projects by tracking progress, updating project status, and coordinating schedules.

  7. Act as a liaison between departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
  8. Coordinate resources, personnel, and timelines to achieve project or departmental goals.

  9. Data and Report Management

  10. Maintain and update databases, KPI tracking sheets, and project records.

  11. Collect and analyze data for departmental performance reports and management reviews.

  12. Communication and Liaison

  13. Serve as the main contact point between the department and other internal or external stakeholders.

  14. Communicate with clients, suppliers, or partners for basic inquiries, document exchange, or status updates.

  15. Other Assigned Duties

  16. Support ad-hoc assignments or events assigned by supervisors.

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor of Degree in Industrial Engineering or related
  • Over 2 years' experience as the electronics or related fields
  • Good command of both spoken and written English
  • Ability to communicate in Chinese listening/speaking is optional.
  • Excellent time management skills for working within established timelines and schedules.
  • Microsoft Office Program Excel / PowerPoint / Word
  • Application and introduction of automation equipment knowledge
