We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Engineer to join our company. This position is crucial for managing, solving technical problems and collaborating with cross-functional departments to run the manufacturing process smoothly. The successful candidate will ensure that engineering work aligns with business objectives and contributes to operational efficiency.

Job Description :

  • Staying up to date with international engineering trends
  • Identifying and addressing problems
  • Supervising production
  • Estimating costs, capacity, and timelines
  • Conducting research and applying new knowledge
  • Designing processes, materials, tools, and systems
  • Making improvements to existing processes, materials, etc.
  • Implementing solutions and designs
  • Training other engineering personnel
  • Completing regulatory documents concerning safety issues

Qualification :

  1. Minimum held a Bachelor's Degree in any engineering field
  2. 1-3 years' experience in Power Plant (New graduates who are high-potential and seeking job challenges are also welcome).
  3. Good command of both spoken and written English
  4. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  5. Good analysis making and problem solving
  6. Goal-Oriented, Unity, Learning and Flexibility
