Salesforce Solution Analyst

Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-quality solutions across the Salesforce platform, with a focus on Sales Cloud and multi-cloud strategies.
- Engage directly with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and provide expert guidance on Salesforce best practices.
- Utilize strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex platform issues and ensure effective system functionality.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, demonstrating strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Manage and synthesize complex information to deliver clear, concise, and actionable solutions.
Required Qualifications
- A relevant Bachelor's Degree.
- 2–4 years of hands-on professional experience with the Salesforce platform.
- Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
Mandatory Certifications:
Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Sales Cloud Consultant Certification
- Proven experience in solution design, particularly in multi-cloud environments.
- Strong platform knowledge and a solid understanding of Salesforce capabilities.
- Solid client engagement and presentation skills.
