In this role, you will act as the critical bridge between business strategy and technical execution. You will define the overall architecture, uphold best practices, mentor the development team, and ensure the long-term technical success of our Salesforce ecosystem.ResponsibilitiesSolution Design & Architecture●      Design end-to-end Salesforce solution architectures (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.) aligned with business objectives.●      Evaluate and select the appropriate solution tools, balancing Configuration (Flows, Standard features) vs. Customization (Apex, LWC) to minimize technical debt and maximize maintainability.●      Design complex Data Models, Migration Strategies, and robust Security Models (Sharing Rules, Role Hierarchy, Permission Sets).●      Architect scalable integration solutions between Salesforce and external systems (ERP, Core Banking, POS, etc.) using REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica), or Event-Driven Architecture.Technical Leadership & Governance●      Establish and enforce Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE) standards, coding guidelines, and architectural best practices.●      Lead Technical Design Reviews and Code Reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables from developers and administrators.●      Oversee the DevOps strategy and CI/CD pipelines (using tools like Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, or SFDX/Git) to ensure smooth and error-free deployments.●      Manage technical documentation, including Entity-Relationship Diagrams (ERD), Sequence Diagrams, and system architecture blueprints.Business Analysis & Stakeholder Management●      Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, and key stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications.●      Conduct technical workshops and present Proof of Concepts (POCs) to demonstrate solution feasibility and value.●      Proactively identify technical risks, governor limit issues, or scalability bottlenecks and propose effective mitigation plans.Required Skills and Experience●      Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related fields.●      Experience: Minimum 5+ years in the IT/software industry.>> Minimum  5+ years of specific experience in Salesforce Implementation, Development, and Solution Architecture. Proven success in delivering at least 3–5 full-cycle Salesforce enterprise implementations.●      Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Platform. Experience with Industry Clouds or Marketing Cloud is a plus.●      Development Skills: Strong command of Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and asynchronous processing patterns.●      Integration: Advanced understanding of integration patterns,Web Services (REST/SOAP), Authentication protocols (OAuth), and ETL tools.●      Data Strategy: Proficiency in handling Large Data Volumes (LDV), data archiving strategies, and performance tuning.●      Certifications:>> Salesforce Certified Application Architect (highly preferred) Salesforce Certified System Architect (bonus)Salesforce Certified Data Architect / Integration Architect●      Communication: Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
