Responsibilities
What We Offer

  • To plan & check daily piping works for maintenance and plant improvement are executed according to company specifications.
  • To organize and ensure that sub-contractors are performed/carry out the piping works effectively in quality and quantity.
  • To responsible and support in project work when MOC has been released for execution.
  • To ensure that the inspection and testing of piping works are performed according to the codes or specification before release to operation.
  • To ensure that all piping materials used in accordance with Covestro's piping specification.
  • To provide training and coordination with the external work relations when request.
  • To understand and follow GEO4 and TA schedule. Supports the scheduler in updating the weekly / daily schedule.
  • Provide the maintenance report that consist of damage causes, maintenance activity possible root cause and input data in SAP.

Qualifications
What You Offer

  • Diploma and at least 10 years of experience in piping, welding and NDT&DT works.
  • Strong technical knowledge of ASME, API and Welding.
  • Strong analytical skills and repairing.
  • Good service mind, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiar and Experience work with in SCBA for critical piping such as phosgene is prefer.
