Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced
Cutover Integration Lead
to drive large-scale digital transformation programs focused on
S/4 HANA, MES, planning, scheduling, and analytics reporting systems
. The role involves managing and executing seamless cutover activities across global teams and ensuring a smooth transition between manufacturing and business systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage cutover activities for large-scale transformation programs.
  • Develop detailed cutover strategies, plans, and execution checklists for S/4 HANA, MES, and analytics systems.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across
    Asia Pacific, India, and Europe
    for alignment and issue resolution.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication, ensuring visibility into progress, risks, and dependencies.
  • Oversee at least
    three full cutover cycles
    , applying best practices and lessons learned.
  • Monitor and report on progress, proactively identifying challenges and mitigation actions.
  • Support program leadership in execution readiness and cutover governance.
  • Travel to
    Vietnam
    may be required for on-site coordination.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years
    in program and cutover management for large-scale transformation programs.
  • Proven experience in
    S/4 HANA, MES, planning, scheduling, and analytics reporting systems
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    manufacturing processes
    and related technologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in
    multicultural and international teams
    .
  • Flexible to work across
    multiple time zones
    (Asia Pacific, India, and Europe).
  • Bachelor's degree
    in Engineering, IT, Business, or a related field.
  • Fluent in
    English
    (written and spoken).

  • Experience leading cross-regional projects and multi-country coordination.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight timelines.
