Job Title: Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor

Reports to: Associate Warehouse and Logistics Manager

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor to oversee and execute daily operations across logistics, warehouse (WH), finished goods (FG), and raw material management. This role is critical to driving operational excellence, implementing innovations aligned with Industry 4.0, and ensuring a safe and efficient supply chain in compliance with all regulatory and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, customer service, and cost-effectiveness across the logistics organization.
  • Supervise end-to-end logistics processes including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and distribution.
  • Collaborate with carriers, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely and accurate product deliveries.
  • Lead and schedule the logistics workforce, ensuring optimal resource utilization and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, company policies (including Mattel policies), and international standards such as TAPA and CTPAT.
  • Monitor inventory levels of Finished Goods and raw materials, ensuring accuracy and availability.
  • Track order fulfillment and resolve any discrepancies or delays.
  • Supervise daily and weekly loading operations to align with financial and operational targets.
  • Ensure all operations follow established procedures regarding people management, safety, and occupational health standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement in customs formalities and process flows; develop and maintain proper SOPs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance) to resolve issues and ensure operational targets are met.
  • Quickly address and escalate any operational challenges or issues as required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics Management, Logistics Engineering any field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities; strong team player.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
  • Growth mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.
  • Ability to make critical decisions and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commercial awareness and entrepreneurial thinking.
  • Professional supply chain certification (e.g., APICS, CPIM, CSCP) is an advantage.
  • Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
