Job Description

  • Work with agency to lead the strategy, planning & optimization of integrated Paid media campaigns across Search, Social, display and programmatic platforms.
  • Drive full funnel omni channel marketing to meet KPIs for new customer acquisition, footfall to stores and engagement.
  • Partner closely with CRM, analytics, content, product, brand and commercial teams to align marketing with broader business priorities.
  • Translate audience insights on paid media and campaign performance into creative and media optimization
  • Work closely with external agency partners to deliver efficient , innovative and result driven solutions.
  • Present performance narratives and business impact to senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
  • Champion test and learn strategies and marketing innovation through audience segmentation, creative testing and new channel experimentation.
  • Work with the creative team to produce engaging and exciting creatives that resonate with our target segment.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing and CRM.
  • Able to communicate in English - written and spoken.
  • Understand performance marketing metrics and strategy to drive footfall and new customers.
  • Is innovative, driven and keen to test & learn.
  • Strong in influencer marketing (optional).
