What You'll Drive
- Sales Process Optimization:
Identify, develop, and implement efficient and scalable sales processes, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring seamless operations. - CRM Administration & Optimization:
Oversee the administration and continuous improvement of our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring data accuracy, system functionality, and user adoption. - Data Analysis & Reporting:
Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to provide actionable insights, identify trends, and create comprehensive reports for sales leadership. This includes pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and team performance metrics. - Sales Tool Management:
Evaluate, implement, and manage sales tools and technologies that enhance productivity, such as sales engagement platforms, reporting dashboards, and communication tools. - Quota & Compensation Management:
Assist in the design and administration of sales territories, quotas, and incentive compensation plans, ensuring fairness and motivation across the sales team. - Sales Training & Enablement Support:
Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and deliver training materials and resources that enhance the sales team's effectiveness and product knowledge.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's Degree
in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. - A minimum of
5 years of experience in a Sales Operations role
. - Proven expertise in
CRM administration and optimization
, with strong proficiency in platforms like Salesforce. - Excellent analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to work with large datasets, generate insights, and create clear, concise reports.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and processes.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
