Our employees collaborate with teams in India, Portugal, and the US, servicing customers worldwide and working on a huge variety of projects. The role

We're seeking an AI Lead with deep expertise across the NVIDIA AI software stack, including Metropolis, NIM, and AI Blueprints, to architect intelligent, real-time AI pipelines. You'll guide the deployment of cutting-edge solutions across domains like smart cities, enterprise automation, and edge intelligence—with a strong emphasis on LLMs, RAG pipelines, and VLMs for multimodal applications.

• Lead architecture and deployment of scalable AI applications using:

NVIDIA Metropolis SDKs (DeepStream, TAO Toolkit, Metropolis Microservices)

LLMs and RAG pipelines (e.g., NeMo + vector search with FAISS, Weaviate)

VLMs (e.g., CLIP, BLIP, or customized multimodal inference models)

NVIDIA NIM for containerized, production-ready inference Triton Inference Server, TensorRT, cuDNN, CUDA Integration of NVIDIA AI Blueprints to accelerate development

• Design intelligent video analytics and language understanding systems for smart infrastructure and autonomous platforms
• Optimize model serving for edge and cloud environments using Kubernetes, Helm, and GPU-aware scheduling
• Evaluate and refine LLM and VLM outputs to meet specific task accuracy and latency thresholds
• Mentor a team of machine learning, computer vision, and MLOps engineers

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, AI/ML or equivalent
• 5+ years in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity

Proven experience with deploying large language models, RAG frameworks, and VLM architectures

• Strong proficiency in NVIDIA tools including Metropolis, TAO Toolkit, NIM, and Triton
• Deep knowledge of PyTorch, TensorFlow, ONNX, and deployment stacks (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Solid understanding of multimodal model evaluation, model fine-tuning, and inference optimization

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with embedding stores, vector databases, and semantic search
• Experience with conversational agents, prompt engineering, or agentic workflows
• Understanding of computer vision in edge/IoT environments
• Japanese language proficiency
