Export and Import Document Processing: Responsible for handling the relevant documents of export and import goods, including customs declarations, packing lists, invoices, etc., to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the documents.

Customs Declaration: Responsible for submitting the declaration information of export and import goods to the customs, including the description, quantity, value of the goods, etc., to ensure the accuracy of the declaration information for smooth customs clearance.

Compliance with Customs Policies: Understand and comply with relevant customs laws and policies to ensure that the company's import and export activities comply with legal requirements and avoid problems caused by violations.

Customs Data Management: Responsible for managing the data of export and import goods, including recording information on the flow, quantity, value of goods, etc., for timely queries and statistics.

Coordination and Communication: Communicate and coordinate with customs, logistics companies, customers, and other relevant parties to handle the related affairs of export and import goods, ensuring smooth customs clearance and delivery of goods.

Risk Management: Identify and address potential risks associated with export and import goods, such as tariffs, prohibited items, etc., and take appropriate measures to prevent potential issues.

Qualifications:

Education Background: Typically requires a bachelor's degree or above, with majors in international trade, logistics management, international business, or related fields preferred.

Relevant Experience: Candidates with experience in customs clearance, customs declaration, international trade, or related areas will be given preference.

Skills Required: Familiarity with import and export business processes, customs regulations, and operational procedures; good English communication skills to handle foreign-related documents and emails; proficient in using office software such as Word, Excel, etc.

Detail-Oriented: Must be meticulous, patient, have a strong sense of responsibility, and possess good teamwork spirit.

Relevant Certifications: Holding relevant qualifications such as a customs declaration certificate will be advantageous
