JOB PURPOSE

·       Lead and manage all marketing initiatives for the school/college to enhance brand visibility, student acquisition, and overall market presence.

·       Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies—across offline and digital channels—to support student recruitment, brand positioning, and institutional growth.

·       Ensure all marketing activities align with the organization's objectives, support academic and operations teams, and strengthen the school's competitive advantage in the education sector.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Strategic Marketing Planning (25%)

  • Develop annual and quarterly marketing strategies and campaigns (offline & online).
  • Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Formulate marketing plans that align with student recruitment goals and brand direction.

2. Marketing Execution & Campaign Management (30%)

  • Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising, promotional events, and activities.
  • Implement integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels: social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, website, print media, events, and partnerships.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials: media kits, brochures, videos, presentations, and digital content.

3. Digital Marketing Management (20%)

  • Monitor and optimize digital campaigns including social media ads, Google Ads, content marketing, and website performance.
  • Track key online metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions) and initiate improvements.

4. Budgeting & Performance Monitoring (15%)

  • Manage overall marketing budget and ensure effective allocation across channels.
  • Track and report on ROI, KPIs, and performance of online/offline campaigns.
  • Present performance reports and recommendations to management.

5. Stakeholder & Agency Coordination (10%)

  • Liaise with media partners, advertising agencies, digital vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Support academic and operations teams with marketing-related needs and communications.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILL

·       Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.

·       Minimum 5 years of marketing or sales experience in the education industry.

·       At least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

·       Experience with both traditional and digital marketing is essential.
