Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Develop and manage promotional events, product launches, and other activations.
  • Set marketing goals and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and manage marketing budget effectively
  • Develop and implement brand guidelines and standards.
  • Oversee the creation of visual assets, including logos, graphics, and videos and ensure all marketing activities align with brand values and messaging.
  • Develop and execute retail-focused marketing communication strategies to drive foot traffic and in-store engagement.
  • Coordinate with retail teams and store managers to ensure consistent messaging and effective rollout of marketing initiatives across all retail locations

Competencies:

  • Strong capability in supporting marketing strategy development through market analysis, competitor research, KPI tracking, and data-driven decision-making
  • Proven ability to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including media, social, events, activations, and retail promotions
  • Hands-on experience in retail marketing communications
  • Expertise in maintaining and elevating brand consistency across all touchpoints, overseeing creative assets, messaging, and communications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, with practical experience in brand, retail, or integrated marketing roles.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing management or specialist roles
