Job Overview

We are seeking a Luxury Hotel Sales & Reservation Specialist to handle high-end client inquiries and manage luxury hotel booking from start to finish. This role focuses on delivering personalized recommendations, managing reservation, and providing exceptional service to luxury travelers.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Reservations

  • Handle client inquiries and convert them into confirmed luxury hotel reservations
  • Present curated hotel options tailored to each client's preferences and travel needs
  • Upsell premium room categories, amenities, and exclusive experiences when appropriate

Client Service

  • Deliver personalized recommendations based on client preferences, lifestyle, and travel purpose
  • Maintain polished, professional, and luxury-level communication across all channels
  • Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat bookings

Luxury Product Knowledge

  • Maintain strong knowledge of luxury hotels, resorts, and exclusive travel experiences
  • Stay informed on availability, promotions, and special offers

Workflow & Team Collaboration

  • Manage reservations from inquiry through confirmation and follow-up
  • Coordinate with internal team members and hotel partners to secure the best options
  • Update task progress and booking details via Slack
  • Maintain accurate records of client communications and reservations

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field
  • TOEIC score of 750 or above (or equivalent English proficiency)
  • Experience in the hotel industry or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales-oriented mindset with a strong focus on client satisfaction
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
