Executive - Packaging Specialist

- Bachelor's degree in Packaging Technology or related field.
- Minimum 0-3 years in Food Industry or Packaging Industry, Packaging knowledge is required.
- Ability to manage project preferred.
- Self- initiate, Positive mindset, can work individually and/ or as a team, can work with minimum supervision.
- Proficient in English language (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
- Computer literacy.
- Illustrator and Photoshop program.
- Enthusiastic and persistent in learning.
Packaging Support:
- Provide solutions to support business requirements regarding packaging.
- Provide internal assistance on specifications and requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve current system or processes and support problem solution.
Packaging Development:
- Plan, design, and conduct research projects according to established scientific methods, principles and theories to fulfill customer requirement.
- Develop and design of packaging and packaging materials as requested by customers.
- Determine the costs, resources, and time required to conduct a research project and monitor performance to ensure these targets are met.
- Calculate and analyses test results and prepare detailed reports with recommendations and conclusions.
- Prepare calculations, specifications, and other technical documentation in collaboration with system suppliers so that prototype designs can be manufactured and assembled.
Technical expertise with customers:
- Develop and maintain technical expertise on advances and innovations in research and science.
