Position Summary

The HR Manager is responsible for providing comprehensive Human Resources leadership and operational support across assigned business units or sites. This role will partner closely with department heads of HR to ensure all HR processes, policies, and practices are effectively implemented and aligned with both company standards and local legal requirements.

The incumbent will oversee a full spectrum of HR functions-including HR Management (HRM), HR Development (HRD), employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, and organizational development-to foster a high-performing and engaged workforce.

Job Responsibilities

Human Resource Management (HRM):

  • Provide daily HR support and consultation to designated sites or departments, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Manage and oversee all HR operations including attendance, payroll coordination, HRIS updates, and employee documentation.
  • Partner with line managers to address employee relations issues, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Monitor HR metrics such as turnover, headcount, absenteeism, and employee engagement to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

Human Resource Development (HRD):

  • Identify training and development needs and implement learning programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
  • Support succession planning, career development frameworks, and internal talent pipelines to drive long-term growth.
  • Coordinate performance management processes including goal setting, performance appraisal, and feedback sessions to ensure continuous employee development.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment activities, from manpower planning to onboarding, ensuring quality and timely hires.
  • Partner with management to develop effective recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber talent from multiple industries.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Administer and review compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Collaborate with finance and management to plan annual salary reviews, promotions, and incentive schemes.

Organizational Development & HR Strategy:

  • Contribute to HR policy design, organizational structure planning, and workforce optimization.
  • Support cultural transformation initiatives and employee engagement programs to promote a positive and inclusive workplace.
  • Act as a business partner to management, providing strategic HR advice and insights to drive organizational success.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
  • Minimum 8-12 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within Manufacturing, FMCG, or other Open to a variety of industries groups.
  • Strong knowledge of Thai labor law, HR best practices, and HR systems (HRIS).
  • Proven experience in both HRM and HRD with a solid track record of implementing effective HR solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships across all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficient in English and Thai, both written and spoken.
