Bangkok, TH - Human Resources Manager (Global Fintech Investment Brand)

A global brand expanding into the Thailand market is on the search for a capable Human Resources Leader.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all facets of Human Resources for a new entrant in Thailand, driving organizational effectiveness through talent acquisition, performance management, development, and engagement.
  • Develop, and implemented HR policies, procedures, and systems to ensure high-quality employee services.
  • Create HR strategies and plans (manpower, compensation, training) aligned with corporate goals, ensuring labor efficiency.
  • Manage employee relations and contracts, ensuring strict adherence to local labor laws and regulations.
  • Cultivate strong working relationships with internal leaders, corporate executives, and external regulatory bodies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of five years of HR experience in the region, ideally within the financial or professional services sectors.
  • Proven expertise in talent acquisition and comprehensive knowledge of local labor legislation.
  • Exceptional negotiation and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions.
  • Strong stakeholder management. The ability to manage complex People & Culture issues in a fair, compliant and amicable way.
