Honda's Asia & Oceania Regional Headquarters* is seeking an International Coordinator to support Honda's subsidiaries and distributors across Asia & Oceania.

The role begins with coordination of import/export operations, with opportunities to be involved in product planning, business strategy projects, and to gain international exposure, which include overseas experience.

*This is not a direct sales or marketing role, but a headquarters-based coordination position.

Job Descriptions:

  • Start with Coordinate and support subsidiaries/distributors in areas such as Motorcycle CBU/KD export, demand-supply management
  • Conduct data analysis to support management decision-making.
  • Prepare and coordinate meetings, reports, and presentation materials.
  • Collaborate across functions (sales, logistics, production, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth operations and provide support to local subsidiaries.
  • Contribute to regional projects and other assignments as required.
  • In the future you will have opportunity for Product and business strategy planning, contract negotiation/management, and overall business management. Formulate and monitor short, mid, and long-term business plans as Regional HQ.

Qualifications:

  • Proactive mindset with strong analytical thinking and results-oriented approach.
  • Cultural adaptability and strong interest in gaining international experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with cross-functional and international teams.
  • Good command of English (TOEIC 700+ or equivalent).
  • Medium skill in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or other business tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, International Business, Economics, or related fields.
  • New graduates are welcome; internship or overseas study/exchange experience is a plus.
