หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

    1. ทำความเข้าใจความต้องการขององค์กร รวบรวมความต้องการจาก User หรือ Stakeholder แปลงความต้องการธุรกิจเป็น Requirement ที่ชัดเจนและเป็นรูปแบบที่ Vendor เข้าใจได้
    1. ถ่ายทอด Requirement ให้ Vendor อธิบาย Business Process, Use Case, Data Flow ให้ Vendor เพื่อใช้ในการออกแบบระบบ ตอบคำถามเชิงธุรกิจ เพื่อป้องกันการพัฒนาที่คลาดเคลื่อน
    1. ตรวจสอบความเข้าใจตรงกัน จัดประชุม Requirement Confirmation Review เอกสาร Functional / Technical Spec จาก Vendor ตรวจสอบว่าการออกแบบสอดคล้องกับ Business Objective
    1. ติดตามแผนงาน (Project Coordination) ประสาน Timeline, Milestone, งานส่งมอบ ติดตามสถานะการพัฒนา ทดสอบ และแก้ไข Issue
    1. สนับสนุนการทดสอบระบบ จัดทำ Test Scenario/Test Case กำกับหรือร่วมทำ UAT กับผู้ใช้งาน ตรวจสอบผลลัพธ์ว่าตรงกับ Requirement ก่อนอนุมัติ Go-Live
    1. ควบคุมคุณภาพงานและการเปลี่ยนแปลง (Change Management) ตรวจสอบ Impact ของ Requirement Change ทำ Impact Analysis / Effort Estimate ร่วมกับ Vendor เสนอผู้บริหารเพื่ออนุมัติการเปลี่ยนแปลงตามขั้นตอน
    1. ทำหน้าที่เป็น Single Point of Contact (SPOC) เป็นจุดศูนย์กลางข้อมูล ลดความผิดพลาดในการสื่อสาร ทำให้ Vendor และองค์กรทำงานไปในทิศทางเดียวกัน

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

  • จบการศึกษาปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขา IT, Computer Science, MIS, Business หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

  • มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Business Analyst หรือ System Analyst อย่างน้อย 2–5 ปี

  • สามารถเขียนเอกสาร Requirement / Use Case / Workflow ได้อย่างชัดเจน

  • ถ้ามีความรู้ด้านระบบงานธุรกิจ เช่าซื้อ รถเช่า ประกัน จะดีมาก

  • มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์ปัญหา การสื่อสาร และการนำเสนอที่ดี

  • สามารถทำงานเป็นทีม มีความรับผิดชอบ และเรียนรู้เทคโนโลยีใหม่ได้ดี

สวัสดิการ

  • ทำงานสัปดาห์ละ 5 วัน
