About the Role
The Risk Management and Planning Supervisor will lead and coordinate Risk Management activities across the organization, ensuring effective implementation and continuous improvement.
This role involves initiating necessary actions led by the APAC Internal Controls team, collaborating with key partners and stakeholders, and driving efforts to enhance Risk Management practices.
Other MCT Organization related activities as and when required to provide comprehensive support for MCT by maintaining organizational data accuracy in all reporting in the systems especially assisting in planning and execution of those activities. Preparing data-driven reports and supporting the HR Director in administrative and planning tasks for MCT. The position also contributes to employee engagement, compliance with MCT Work regulation and policies, and efficient communication across the organization.

Responsibilities
Take leads of every activity led by Internal Controls team in APAC:
- Control Self-Assessment (CSA): Collaborate closely with IC APAC to arrange and coordinate instruction and communication sessions with MCT. Appropriately assign and distribute tasks to each department and monitor their progress. Maintain a thorough understanding of MCG/J-Sox requirements and support each function in MCT to ensure timely completion of activities.
- Risk Control Management (RCM): Collaborate closely with IC APAC to arrange and coordinate instruction and communication sessions with MCT. Appropriately assign and distribute tasks to each department and monitor their progress. Maintain a thorough understanding of IC APAC requirements and support each function in MCT to ensure timely completion of activities.
Coordinate Internal Controls training:
- Training Coordination: Collaborate closely with IC APAC to provide training for MCT, coordinating appropriate time slots to maximize attendance. Monitor attendance and progress of the training sessions, encouraging employees to participate and fostering a strong sense of internal control within MCT.
- Document Maintenance: Maintain and update documents related to internal control in consultation with IC APAC, including Delegation of Authority (DOA) and job segregation.
- Internal Coordination: Arrange internal meetings to enhance communication within the organization as needed. Participate in projects related to the entire entity when necessary, collaborating with various functions to ensure smooth cross-functional communication.
Other activities:
- Schedule meetings for the Thai Managing Director (MD).
- Engage in projects related to the entire MCT, as required and based on business.
- Other MCT Activities as and when required.
- Workday Organization Changes: Maintain and update organizational structure in Workday for MCT. Ensure accuracy of reporting lines and position data. Raise the EIB and Snow tickets by working closely with regional HRIS team.
- Working with the respective department heads in MCT to always monitor and make corrections on the organization.
- Data Preparation & Reporting: Assist MCT HR Director in preparing materials and reports using HR data for presentations and decision-making.
- Coordinating a team's infrastructure Meeting Coordination and Document Management: Set up and coordinate meetings (monthly, quarterly, etc.). Compile, organize, and save documents, including monthly reports and records.
- Policy & Compliance Support: Assist in monitoring compliance with Work Regulation and MCT policies and labor regulations, all regulatory requirements check and balance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree. Legal/Internal control/Human Resource related is preferred.
Required Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in any corporate functions
- Experience in finance, legal, and internal control, REGULATORY will be given preference.
- Experience in initiating projects across functions and across countries are preferred.
Knowledge
- Clear understanding of organization and capability to identify key persons in different departments quickly.
- Good communication, COORDINATION, and organizational skills. High attention to detail with a track record of activities on time.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships across departments.
- Excellent skills in PowerPoint and Excel
- Exceptional communication in English and Thai with the ability to engage and influence employees.
