Job Description
  1. Research, analyze, and source health technology products (Health Tech / Smart Wellness Products) both domestically and internationally.
  2. Evaluate the business feasibility of new products, including market potential, cost, demand, and profit margin.
  3. Negotiate and establish partnerships with suppliers, manufacturers, or health tech startups.
  4. Develop business plans and go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
  5. Collaborate with marketing, online, and product teams to plan product launches and promotional campaigns.
  6. Analyze consumer trends in B2C and B2B markets to identify new business opportunities and market gaps.
  7. Monitor product performance and marketing plans to continuously improve sales strategies.
  8. Prepare reports and present development plans or new opportunities to management.
  9. Drive activities related to the Experience Center.
  10. Develop and implement practical business models (Business Model & Implementation).
  11. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Innovation, Health Technology, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sourcing, or Product Development.
  • Experience or strong understanding of businesses related to medical devices, health equipment, Health Tech, smart gadgets, wellness products, or consumer electronics.
  • Good understanding of consumer behavior in B2C and B2B markets, as well as emerging health and wellness trends.
  • Strong negotiation, business analysis, and strategic presentation skills.
  • Passionate about developing innovative health and wellness products.
  • Good command of English (able to communicate effectively with international partners).

Role Expectations

  • Drive the creation and expansion of new business lines in Health Tech / Healthcare / Smart Health Technology.
  • Develop and execute "Experience Center" strategy covering planning, partner selection, customer experience design, and operational launch.
  • Identify and bring in innovative products, solutions, technologies, or partnerships that align with the company's Health Tech vision.
  • Translate market insights into tangible business opportunities and revenue-generating initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with technology partners, suppliers, and strategic stakeholders

Primary KPIs

  1. Number of New Business Lines Launched

    – Successful creation, validation, and execution of new Health Tech/Smart Tech business opportunities.
  2. Revenue Contribution from Business Development Initiatives

    – Sales performance directly generated from new solutions, products, or partnerships initiated by the BD team.
  3. Experience Center Development & Launch Success

    – Completion and performance of the company's Experience Center, including project timeline, partner engagement, customer traffic, and conversion impact.
