ลักษณะงาน

  • ร่วมบริหารจัดการและดำเนินงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศทั้งหมดของบริษัทฯ
  • ออกแบบ ดูแล และพัฒนาระบบ Infrastructure ให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายของผู้บริหาร เช่น Server, Storage, Firewall, Telephone Analog และ IP Phone
  • วิเคราะห์ ช่วยเหลือ และแก้ไขปัญหาต่าง ๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นแก่ผู้ใช้งาน เพื่อให้สามารถใช้งานได้อย่างเป็นปกติและมีประสิทธิภาพ
  • งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
  • ต้องมีความรู้ความสามารถหรือเคยปฏิบัติงานในตำแหน่ง Programmer/Developer โดยใช้ภาษาในการพัฒนาดังต่อไปนี้ VB, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Java, AngularJS, NodeJS, PHP, Objective-C **

คุณสมบัติ

  • มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารจัดการระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ อย่างน้อย 4 ปีขึ้นไป
  • มีความรู้ความสามารถหรือเคยปฏิบัติงานในตำแหน่ง Programmer/Developer โดยใช้ภาษาในการพัฒนา ดังต่อไปนี้ VB, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Java, AngularJS, NodeJS, PHP, Objective-C
  • มีความรู้ความสามารถในการใช้ SQL Server ในระดับ DBA และมีความสามารถในการใช้งาน Feature SSIS, SSRS
  • มีความรู้ความเข้าใจใน SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture) สามารถพัฒนา ออกแบบ Webservice (SOAP), Rest API ได้เป็นอย่างดี
  • มีความรู้ความสามารถในการติดตั้ง ซ่อมแซม และแก้ไขปัญหาด้านอุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์ เพื่อสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานของฝ่ายงานต่าง ๆ รวมถึงตรวจสอบ ทดสอบ และแก้ไขระบบความปลอดภัยต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  • มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในเรื่อง Security ทั้ง Software, Hardware และ Network รวมถึงสามารถออกแบบและปรับปรุงเพื่อสร้างความเชื่อมั่นและป้องกันความปลอดภัยในการใช้งานสื่อสารสนเทศ ทั้งจากภายในและภายนอกบริษัทฯ
  • มีความรู้ความเข้าใจใน Network Routing ระดับสูงพร้อมทั้งสามารถ Config อุปกรณ์ Network ในระดับ Layer 3 หรือ Layer 7 ได้เป็นอย่างดี
  • มีความรู้ความสามารถใน Telephone System, Q6 & SIP Protocol, PBX, IP Phone จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  • สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ในระดับดี
  • หากมีประสบการณ์การทำงานในธุรกิจ CRM / CX Tech Solutions หรือ Contact Center จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
