As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving end to end execution of assigned SME leads from partnership deals, ensuring the partnership programs are successful, and bringing in non-partnership SME loans for business expansion.

What you will do:

  • Drive disbursement and renewals with existing clients to meet annual target
  • Manage repayments with existing clients and with their trade partners
  • Coordinate with collection team for successful collection of late repayments
  • Drive renewals of faciltiies with existing clients
  • Generate new businesses through referral from existing clients or owned network
  • Set up process and systems to simplify process of disbursement and repayments
  • Manage client support team to execute disbursement/repayment/support requirements and satisfy SME clients

Requirements

What we are looking for:

  • Around 3 years+ experience in account management in the financial industry
  • Familiar with trade financing products
  • Demonstrate problem solving and customer focus attitude
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Able to due diligence SME client and process disbursements on a daily basis
