Engineering Specialist IV

The Facility engineer is working to operate, maintenance and improvement of all Facilities System including Electrical, HVAC, CDA, Vacuum, DI water systems, Cleanroom and Building Management systems

วิศวกรซ่อมบำรุงระบบอาคารมีหน้าที่ในการเดินระบบ บำรุงรักษา และปรับปรุงระบบงานอาคารทั้งหมด รวมถึงระบบไฟฟ้า ระบบปรับอากาศ (HVAC) ระบบลมอัด (CDA) ระบบสุญญากาศ ระบบน้ำบริสุทธิ์ (DI) คลีนรูม และระบบบริหารจัดการอาคาร (BMS)

• Responsible for operation/maintenance and improvement of all Facilities System including Electrical, HVAC, CDA, Vacuum, DI water systems, Cleanroom and Building Management systems

- Maintain equipment performance records and engineering analysis for improvement

- Identify and ensure spare parts and consumables are available as necessary
