The Role

As an Account Manager, you will be the heart of all projects for the global brand account in Thailand. You will serve as the primary bridge between the client and our internal teams, responsible for everything from strategic social media planning to the flawless execution of creative activation campaigns.

This hybrid role requires you to act as both a relationship-focused Account Manager, becoming a trusted strategic partner to the client, and an execution-oriented Project Manager, ensuring all deliverables are of the highest quality, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client & Account Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact between our agency and the client team (local and global), communicating primarily in English.
  • Build and maintain a strong, positive relationship with the client, gaining a deep understanding of their business objectives and brand needs.
  • Provide strategic counsel and present innovative social media and creative campaign plans that align with the brand's unique brand personality.
  • Prepare and deliver professional performance reports, actionable insights, and strategic recommendations to the client.

2. Project Management & Execution

  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for all ongoing activities and campaigns.
  • Liaise effectively with internal teams, including Content, Strategy, and Production, to ensure seamless workflow and collaboration.
  • Enforce strict quality control over all deliverables, from daily social media content to large-scale campaign assets, ensuring they meet the brief and adhere to the highest standards.
  • Manage client expectations and proactively identify and solve any challenges that may arise.

3. Social Media & Campaign Strategy

  • Collaborate with the strategy team to develop engaging and highly creative social media management strategies for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, X, and Facebook.
  • Stay ahead of the curve on the latest digital trends, internet culture, and memes, finding authentic ways to integrate them into Duolingo's content.
  • Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to ideate and plan for groundbreaking online and on-ground creative activation campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign data and performance against established KPIs to measure success and inform future strategies.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience as an Account Manager, Project Manager, or a similar role within a creative or digital advertising agency.
  • Exceptional command of English (written, verbal, and presentation skills) is mandatory for professional business communication.
  • Proven expertise in social media marketing and the digital advertising landscape.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with strong attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • A creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment and performs well under pressure.
