JOB DESCRIPTION
YOUR ROLE AS A: Inflight Service Agent
You are the vital link that fuels our flights As an Inflight Service Agent, you will ensure every Thai AirAsia flight is perfectly stocked, supplied, and ready for service. You'll be the operational expert coordinating logistics and upholding the highest standards of safety and food hygiene on the ground.
WHAT YOU'LL CHAMPION:
Plan and coordinate all Inflight catering operations, ensuring the accurate and timely uplift of meals, beverages, and supplies according to the flight schedule.
Oversee the safe, secure, and timely delivery of all service materials, including merchandise and duty-free items, to designated airside locations.
Monitor communications and ensure all duties comply fully with airport safety regulations and AirAsia's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), with strict adherence to food safety standards.
Maintain solid inventory and operations management skills to track and manage supplies effectively.
Work effectively and collaboratively with flight operations, catering partners, and cabin crew to ensure seamless workflow.
WHO YOU ARE:
Bachelor's degree in any field. Airline catering experience will be an advantage.
Strong understanding of safety regulations and food-handling standards.
You are highly detail-oriented with solid operational and inventory management skills.
Fluent in Thai and English, both spoken and written.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Must meet medical and physical fitness requirements for the role, including demonstrated ability to manage physically active tasks (e.g., lifting/handling supplies in ramp/warehouse environments).
Holds a valid driver's license and is able to operate airside vehicles.
Professional, responsible, and able to perform effectively under operational pressure.
Military service must be completed for male candidates.
