Description

  1. Design graphic materials for use across all online and offline marketing channels, including platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LINE, Shopee, Lazada, or any other assigned channels.

  2. Initiate and create innovative ideas in collaboration with the marketing team to design customized products and packaging solutions specifically for B2B clients.

  3. Create compelling content, articles, and captions for communication across both online and offline markets.

  4. Capable of utilizing Ai software and proficiently using Adobe Photoshop for various design tasks.

  5. Liaise and coordinate with the Product Marketing Team, Online Team, and other relevant departments that utilize the designed assets to communicate with target audiences across different channels.

  6. Design graphics appropriate for use across various media (Online & Offline), while demonstrating a clear understanding of the specific objectives and target audience.

  7. Select suitable materials for the graphics and ensure practical usability in real-world application.

  8. Understand the company's products and services to effectively inform the design process.

  9. Review and ensure the accuracy, aesthetic quality, and correct functionality of all designed pieces.

  10. Work effectively as a team player.

  11. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Specification

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  2. A minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in Graphic Design or a related field.

  3. Ability to plan, organize, and manage tasks effectively.

  4. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

  5. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  6. Possesses a high sense of responsibility and accountability.

  7. High degree of creativity and initiative, particularly in product and packaging design.
