Job Overview: We are looking for a senior graphic designer with specialized expertise or experience working in the FMCG business. If you have the ability to edit motion graphics videos, that's even better. If you are the person we are looking for, please send us your resume and work immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design graphic materials for FMCG products across both online and offline channels, including posters, packaging, billboards, in-store materials, social media content, and other marketing collateral.
2. Develop conceptual designs and visual elements in alignment with the marketing strategies of each product category.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team, brand team, and product development team to ensure the visual direction is consistent with the brand identity and resonates with the target audience.
4. Take part in the planning and development of campaign visuals, covering all phases from pre-launch, launch, to post-campaign.
5. Analyze design trends and consumer behavior to apply insights that enhance the effectiveness and market impact of design work.
6. Monitor and ensure the quality of graphic deliverables, maintaining high standards in both visual presentation and production techniques.
7. Provide guidance and supervision to junior team members, including junior graphic designers and Video Editors, to support continuous improvement in creative output.

Qualifications:

• Open to all genders, aged between 28–40 years old.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Communication Design, Fine Arts, Mass Communication, or other related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Graphic Design for FMCG products.
• Strong understanding of Branding, Marketing Communication, and Consumer Behavior.
• Ability to design across a variety of formats, including commercial advertisements, product packaging, social media marketing, and point-of-sale materials.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite programs such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and After Effects. (Experience with Motion Graphics is a plus.)
• Highly creative with the ability to develop strategic design concepts that align with marketing campaigns.
• Strong time management skills and ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience working with Digital Marketing or E-commerce teams is a plus.
• A portfolio that clearly demonstrates a deep understanding of FMCG product marketing is required.
