As we continue to grow, we're expanding our Learning Experience Design team. We're looking for a Learning Experience Design Specialist who's passionate about creating impactful learning experiences that accelerate people upskilling and transformation.

This role focuses on translating complex digital concepts into strategic , practical, and outcome-driven learning programs that build workforce capabilities and drive organizational transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop learning experiences focused on digital, data, and AI skills – integrating both digital and human capabilities such as problem solving and collaboration.
  • Work closely with business leaders, HRBPs, and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and define clear, outcome-driven objectives.
  • Lead the design of synchronous learning and blended learning sessions and roadmap such as workshops, bootcamps, e-learning and simulations etc. that drive engagement and real skill application.
  • Develop competency-based training pathways for different roles and business industries, from entry level employees to executive leaders.
  • Partner with instructors and industry experts to finalize course outlines, content flow, and learning activities aligned with business goals.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness using learner feedback and data insights to continuously enhance engagement and impact.
  • Explore new learning technologies, AI tools, and EdTech innovations to create future-ready learning experiences.
  • Contribute to the development of signature programs that position True Digital Academy as a leader in digital upskilling and people transformation.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in Learning Experience Design, Instructional Design, or Learning & Development in digital (core) and soft skills.
  • Open to fresh graduates from Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Engineering, or related tech fields with a strong passion for learning design and people development.
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation, AI, and data-driven skills.
  • Creative and structured approach to simplifying complex topics into engaging learning experiences.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills in both Thai and English.
  • Familiar with presentation and design tools such as PowerPoint, Keynote, or Canva, and comfortable using AI tools or learning platforms to enhance learning design.
