Job description:

1. PLT agency event

  • Seeking/ proposing proper activities to drive salesforce.
  • Handling Agency events, agency annual activities eg: Annual Award, recognition day, Agency Leader conference, kick-off and all event support sales productivity.
  • End-to-end processing on dealing with vendor for the best activities delivering to qualifiers eg: reward token, trip, etc.
  • Proceed with relevant departments to ensure proper process.
  • Ensuring proper activities, communication, and timeline.

2. TH and Global Association / organization event

  • End-to-end processing and coordinating with relevant organizations (THAIFA, NAA, TLAA, MDRT etc.) to ensure qualifiers are registered.
  • Event preparation and arrangement for qualifiers attendance.

3. Regional event

  • Being a contact person for Regional for any contests, campaign and activities among Regional.
  • Ensuring all necessary motivation items (clip, messages, teaser, etc) are communicated to salesforce for engagement.

4. Communications

  • Develop communication plan and ensuring effective communication to salesforce to drive positive motivation.
  • Prepare and maintain all PR (poster, VDO or clip) for our salesforce to use for all agent activities.

5. Budget control

  • To organize all agent activity within allowance/budget.

Minimum requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experiences in insurance business, Agency sales promotion, event, reward experiences with direct experience on agency event management.
  • Bachelor or Master degree in related field
  • Excellent skill in Computer or any graphic designed
  • Attend to details and multi-task skills
  • Be able to work under pressure and self-motivation
  • English communication skill is a must
