Assistant (Thai / Chinese speaking )

Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary communication bridge between the Operations department, company headquarters, and retail stores.
* Translate and accurately convey documents, emails, reports, and operational guidelines between Chinese, Thai, and English.
* Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and video conferences across different regions, managing schedules, agendas, and minutes.
* Assist in the preparation, distribution, and follow-up of operational reports, presentations, and announcements.
* Facilitate the implementation of headquarter directives and policies at the store level, ensuring clear understanding and compliance.
* Support the operations team in daily administrative tasks, data management, and project coordination.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Fluency in Chinese and Thai is mandatory. Proficiency in English is highly preferred.
* Proven experience (1-2 years) in an administrative, coordination, or office management role, preferably in retail, F&B, or multi-national companies.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in all required languages.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking and prioritizing in a dynamic environment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Problem-solving attitude and a strong team player.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Languages, or a related field is preferred.
