Job Purpose

The Marketing Officer supports the execution of offline media placements, handles customer service across social media and e-commerce channels, and performs daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Offline Media Management (In-store & In-mall Media)

  • Coordinate booking, planning, and execution of offline media placements such as in-store displays, POP materials, mall lightboxes, digital screens, and promotional installations.
  • Liaise with mall management, retail partners, and visual merchandising teams to arrange setup, approvals, and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor media placement quality and ensure timely installation.
  • Conduct regular site visits, capture documentation, and prepare post-placement reports.
  • Work closely with external vendors, suppliers, and media owners to ensure deliverables meet expectations.

2. Customer Service on Social Media & E-Commerce Platforms

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and online marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
  • Provide accurate information related to products, promotions, delivery, order issues, and after-sales inquiries.
  • Escalate complex cases to appropriate internal teams and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Track recurring customer issues and provide feedback to improve service quality.
  • Maintain a consistent and customer-centric brand voice across all channels.

3. Administrative & Coordination Tasks

  • Handle administrative processes including PR/PO issuance, invoice coordination, vendor management, and budget tracking.
  • Maintain documents such as media bookings, campaign records, contracts, and asset inventories.
  • Coordinate logistics for marketing materials, samples, deliveries, and installation scheduling.
  • Support internal communication, cross-department follow-ups, and day-to-day marketing operations.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the marketing team as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Experience in retail marketing or offline media coordination is an advantage.
  • English proficiency required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic design skill (Canva/Photoshop) is a plus.
